1.  Master Tracker keeps all customer information completely confidential. No contact information will ever be given or sold to a third party, nor displayed on the web for any purpose.

         All customer information is used strictly internally in order to provide our services to you. In the event that lost or stolen property is found, your contact information is used to notify you with the particulars necessary for the retrieval of your property.

         Since we do not have a mailing list or news letter, we will only contact you for a specific reason regarding your account or to reply to either a Help or Customer/Technical support issue.

        2. Our site contain links to other sites operated by third parties. We offer these links in good faith, with the note to our users that 3rd party sites set their own policy for terms of use and privacy and are not bound by our terms of use or other policies.

       3. We use SSL encryption for all confidential on-line data transactions (see below) with our customers.

          Credit Card, user information, account updates, loss reports and similar transactions are all done under secure encryption.

       4.  When an item is reported lost by a user/member, we display only the following information:

          Item Description
          Master Tracker Label Serial Number
          Item Serial Number
          Date Reported Lost

         No other user/member information will be disclosed.
